Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a description of your enquiry. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos of the item and packaging where possible.

Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, including sale and bundle items, under our Refund and Return Policy.

Please contact us before sending a return. Once your return is approved, we provide a free prepaid return shipping label showing the address of our US return warehouse. Return postage is not deducted from your refund.

Please send returns to the warehouse address on your prepaid label.
