Refund policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to all products, including sale items and bundle purchases.

Change-of-mind return eligibility

Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.

These change-of-mind conditions do not limit applicable rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

How to request a return

Email sales@pluffislippers.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the items you want to return.

For an eligible return, we will email a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. The label includes our US warehouse address. Return postage is not deducted from your refund. Please use that label and follow the instructions provided; contact us before sending anything back.

Sale and bundle purchases

Sale items and items bought as part of a bundle are eligible under the same 30-day return policy. Tell us which items you wish to return when contacting customer support.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you discover the issue so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. For orders lost or damaged in transit, we provide a refund after investigation confirms the loss or transit damage. Please see our Shipping Policy.

Refund processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact sales@pluffislippers.store.

Size issues and exchanges

If the size is wrong, contact our support team through the Contact page to request a free size replacement or start an eligible return. The team will confirm the arrangement by email.

Applicable consumer rights

This voluntary return policy is in addition to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, including a qualifying 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers, the applicable statutory rules take precedence over our change-of-mind conditions.
