You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, including sale items and bundle purchases. Eligible returns receive a prepaid shipping label addressed to our US warehouse at no cost to you. Items must meet our return eligibility conditions. How do I wash my slippers?
Pop them in the washing machine on a cold cycle to keep them fresh and clean.
Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to help maintain their softness and colour.
How long will it take to get my order?
USA and Canada: allow 2 days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–12 days in transit (approximately 7–14 days in total). All orders include tracking.
Shipping is free when you order 2 or more items. For one item, shipping is US$4.99 to the USA or C$4.99 to Canada. Other destinations: see the shipping options and charges shown at checkout.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact sales@pluffislippers.store. We need time to investigate with the carrier and will provide a refund once the loss or transit damage is confirmed.
